CONVEYOR - LOADER/OFFLOADER
LOADER, OFF-LOADER, JIG LOADING INLINE SYSTEM, JIG OFF-LOADING INLINE SYSTEM, COVER EXCHANGE SYSTEM etc are all for conveyance of jig, PCB, boat and tray, and cover exchange.
These equipment are mostly composed of conveyor rail, motor movement, picker, magazine clamp, magazine loader and off-loader.
Some machine features vision inspection to detect cover or PCB for its completion in its combination of jig/PCB/cover assembly.
Jig Loading Inline System

A set of bottom jig + PCB + cover combined when it is loaded to this system. Loaded jIg by the magazine stacker and loaded PCB by another magazine stacker, and there's other magazine stacker to supply covers, all these accessories will be made to combine by this Jig loading Inline system.

In the cover exchange system, it makes possible to change covers into other kinds of cover material.
Such as changing from window type cover to sold type cover.
